YouTrack Server subscription renewal

Current price plan

The customers with YouTrack Server licenses (purchased after August 1, 2020) with new/actual prices and user packs.

For subscriptions that started after 2020, each new year in the subscription will be available at 50% off the new license price. Please check out the YouTrack website for the renewal price calculation.

Legacy price plan

If the customers had purchased the server subscription before August 1, 2020, and subsequently renewed it, they will be able to renew it according to the legacy pricing plan for as long as they want, provided they don't miss the renewal period. 

Customers can check the renewal price for their subscription by signing into their JetBrains Account or contacting our Sales team.

Renewal is no longer available if the customer does not renew the subscription within one year of its expiration. They only can purchase a new subscription on the current pricing model.

The item name for such subscriptions in JetSales is YTD.

Both legacy and current price plans

Subscription renewal is available up to a year after the subscription expiration date. If customers renew their subscription before the expiration date, the license period will be extended by one year from your subscription’s expiration date. If the license expired less than one year ago, a renewed subscription would be extended for one year from the license’s previous expiration date.
