How to upgrade the YouTrack Server user pack or number of agents?

Legacy price plan
If a customer subscription was activated before August 1, 2020, and they continued to renew it on time, they remain on the legacy pricing plan with a great discount on the price per user pack compared to the new license pricing plan. Upgrades to 50, 100, 500, 2,000, or more users are available while remaining on the legacy pricing plans. Customers can check the upgrade price by signing into their JetBrains Account or contacting our Sales team.
Both legacy and current price plans
Customers can increase their YouTrack user limit at any time if they have an active support and update their subscription by purchasing a user pack upgrade. When they purchase a user pack upgrade, the support and updates subscription is renewed for one year, and the value of their unused subscription at the time of purchase is deducted from the price of the user pack upgrade. Customers can also purchase a user pack upgrade up to one year after their subscription’s expiration. The user pack upgrade price will include a one-year subscription extension.
User pack upgrades cannot be combined. Customers should purchase the smallest user pack upgrade, including the number of users they need. For example, they cannot combine a 25 and 50-user pack upgrade to enable YouTrack for 75 users. To do this, they would need to purchase a 100-user pack upgrade.
Helpdesk number of agents upgrade
Agents are added on a price-per-agent basis. Additional support agents are available only for at least one year from the purchase date. To add agents in the middle of the existing subscription period, the customer needs to extend the subscription for a user-pack as well for at least a year. So the quote for adding agents in the middle of the existing subscription period will include the price for additional agents and the price for extending the current subscription user pack for at least a year starting from the purchase date.
