Helpdesk pricing and licensing details

YouTrack Cloud per-user and YouTrack Server subscriptions include up to 3 support agents for free, so customers can start using YouTrack Helpdesk by creating a Helpdesk project for free with 3 support agents and unlimited reporters. 

If they need 4 or more agents, the price per agent is fixed at $60 per agent/year for YouTrack Server and at $54 per agent/year for annual YouTrack Cloud subscriptions for support teams of 4 support agents or more. All agents in the subscription become paid in that case.

Each support agent also requires a user license. For example, if customers use YouTrack Cloud and their team consists of 30 members 25 of them are regular users, and 5 are support agents, they will pay for 30 users and 5 support agents for the YouTrack subscription. The same scheme is applied to the YouTrack Server subscriptions. For example, if a team consists of 25 members 20 of them are regular users, and 5 are support agents, customers will pay for a 25-user pack and 5 support agents for their YouTrack subscription. Changing the number of paid support agents in your subscription works the same way as changing the number of users.

It's possible to add any number of agents to the subscription at any time on the YouTrack Cloud subscriptions.

For the YouTrack Server subscriptions, increasing the number of agents is available with a subscription prolongation for at least one year from the purchase date.
