What is JetBrains Marketplace?

We have launched the next generation of the plugin repository, turning it into a marketplace for third‑party plugin developers to sell their plugins while taking advantage of the licensing and billing solutions provided by JetBrains.

Fully integrated with the JetBrains infrastructure, our licensing solution provides third-party plugins with the same level of licensing support that our JetBrains products enjoy. Marketplace provides plugin vendors with the ability to generate end-user licenses and evaluation licenses and use their JetBrains Account to centralize license administration and management.

Third-party vendors are also provided with access to an on-premises license server, license protection, and an in-product licensing module for their plugins. JetBrains Marketplace ensures that licensing and billing is fully managed so that vendors can get on with creating their plugins.
