What is a "Perpetual fallback license"?

A perpetual fallback license is granted subject to the following conditions:

• A customer pays for 12 consecutive months, or
• A customer pays for a yearly subscription upfront.

A perpetual fallback license allows a customer to use a specific version of the software without continuous subscription payments. The fallback license is granted for the exact version available at the time of the 12-month subscription purchase.

A perpetual fallback license is available for a single product subscription as well as for the "All Products" option.
