Does the subscription model require customers to have Internet access?

After the initial authentication via JetBrains Account, it is not required to always have Internet access. However, products will need to run periodic license verification with JetBrains servers. It is required that a product be able to connect to JetBrains servers at least once every 30 days. If the last successful connection was within the last 30 days, no interruptions should occur. In the event that no connection is established for 30 days, the product will gently notify the user and will allow some time to connect to the Internet before asking to close the application.
