What does the discount in the quote mean if a customer wants to switch their license?

This is the discount calculated from the cost of the current subscription that a customer has already paid for. The cost of the new subscription will be discounted according to what the customer will lose because of the switch (Upgrade/Downgrade). The system calculates the discount automatically. This discount is shown in quotes, assuming the quote fulfills the following conditions:

• The license is still valid.
• The license is going to be switched to another product (Upgrade/ Downgrade*) before it expires.

 *Downgrades are not possible for any team tools.
