Are refunds available?

JetBrains provides an opportunity to evaluate any of its products free of charge during the trial period specified in the applicable end-user license agreement, and encourages customers to fully evaluate the product prior to purchasing. A customer may stop using a product at their sole discretion at any time before the free trial period expires.

We refund annual subscription orders within 30 days of the purchase date. Monthly subscription orders can be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact the Reseller team and send us the order reference number, invoice number or other purchase-related information.

Any refund request following the product purchase date will be subject to prior authorization by JetBrains, and acceptance of such request shall be at the sole discretion of JetBrains.
