How can I manage customer's licenses?
If a customer has difficulty managing their licenses, they can delegate license management permissions to a reseller in one of two ways:
- Log in to their own JetBrains Account and invite the reseller as a license administrator.
OR
- Contact the JetBrains Sales team and request that the reseller be granted permissions to manage the customer's licenses.
Whichever method is used, the reseller will receive an invitation to manage the customer's licenses. After accepting the invitation, the reseller will be able to view, purchase, and upgrade licenses for the customer on the JetBrains Account website.
In the JetBrains Reseller Portal, all customers that have given you license management permissions are shown in the Customers section. Click “Go to account” to jump to the customer's licenses on the JetBrains Account website.
The licenses are not sent to the customer unless the reseller who bought them activates them in the Orders section of the JetBrains Reseller Portal.
