How can I pay JetBrains?

You can purchase our software online by using your credit card without having to contact us. Your reseller JetBrains Account will provide for your standard reseller discount. If you don't have a reseller JetBrains Account yet, please contact resellers@jetbrains.com.

Licenses for your customers can be purchased in one of the following ways:

  • In the JetBrains Reseller Portal, use the Product Catalog section to view and purchase new licenses. All prices are displayed with the standard reseller discount.
  • When you click Add to Cart, you are prompted to specify the email address of your customer, that is, the end user who will actually use the licenses. It is important to provide the correct email address as the customer will receive the licenses at that address.
  • If you have administrator permissions for your customer's licenses, you can purchase new customer licenses or upgrade existing ones on the JetBrains Account website.
  • If the customer uses the JetBrains Account, they can click Get Quote next to the desired product and then select the reseller who will purchase or upgrade the license(s) with a quote. In this case, the reseller will be notified by email and will see the corresponding items in the Quotes section of the JetBrains Reseller Portal.
  • If you wish to transition products from a perpetual license to a subscription, you can do so for your existing customers. You will need to enter the customer’s ID or the customer’s email address, and then click Switch to subscriptions.

The licenses are not sent to the customer until the reseller who bought them activates them in the Orders section of the JetBrains Reseller Portal.

You will need the License ID or an order number to place a renewal order.

Wire transfer/Wire transfer net 30 days

If we have an agreement and a long-established trusting relationship, you can use your account to attach a purchase order. In your account, go to the Order Summary page and attach a purchase order, which enables you to pay within 30 days of the invoice date. If you send orders on a regular basis, we will invoice you once a month.

Wire transfer/Advance payment

If you are a new reseller or if you have a negative payment history, you will be required to make advance payments. We will deliver the license details only after we receive the full payment.
