How can partners sell YouTrack Cloud?

Resellers can offer customers both Youtrack versions: Server licenses and Cloud prepaid annual subscriptions (w/o overuse). If the customer purchases an annual YouTrack Cloud subscription from a JetBrains reseller, the client cannot overuse the number of users in the subscription with post payments. To add more users at any time, the customer can purchase more users in the subscription via reseller or JetBrains directly.

Purchasing or switching to Cloud monthly subscription is available via JetBrains only.

Here is the video instruction for creating a quote for a new YouTrack customer.

To create a quote for existing YouTrack customers, resellers can find the customers by entering their domain name (excluding youtrack.cloud) in the search licenses field. If there is an instance with that name, it will be found and available for further updates.

Please note that refunds are not available for YouTrack Cloud.
